Hi everyone!
My name is Mrs. Tracy Henry! This is my 10th year in 4th grade here at Schaefer, and I love it! In Social Studies, we study California History including Missions, the Gold Rush, and the Transcontinental Railroad. We also go on some wonderful field trips to interesting places like Coloma, Sonoma Mission and Old Sacramento! In Science we discover Earth Science, CA Habitats and Environments and Electricity! We also read some wonderful books, and many other activities!
Along with myself, we are lucky to have Mrs. Kathy Harris as my job-share partner, who teaches 1 day per week. Mrs. Harris has a strong background in early literacy and Language Arts, as well as other areas. She brings her own warmth and energy to our class, and as friends, we create a positive and cohesive learning environment for our students.
