Summer Reading Club - Wednesdays, July 7th & August 4th
Keep your student reading this summer by participating in the Summer Reading Club. Participate in book swaps, book groups and earn rewards for reading. Group meets at 10 a.m. on the first Wednesday of each month during summer break. Come join us!
First Day Reception - August 23rd
Come learn about Schaefer Families--our great parent group! Grab a bite to eat, meet the board members and check out info on the events planned for next school year. Stop by the MP room after you drop off your student(s). We'll be there starting at 8:15 a.m.
Schaefer Swim Night - August 28th
Come one, come all to Schaefer's Annual Swim Night at Ridgway Swim Center. The doors open at 6:30pm and you can swim until 9:00pm. Enjoy the heated pools and great music. Only $2.00 per person! Schaefer Families will also have our snack bar open with dinner items for purchase- so come hungry! This event is open to all Schaefer students, parents, family members, friends, neighbors, etc... Come support our school and have fun!

Become Involved
Schaefer Families is the parent group here at at Schaefer Elementary. We do our best to help make Schaefer a fun place to go to school. We love to provide opportunities that make a difference to Schaefer's students and its teaching staff.
Want to be more involved in your child's school? Schaefer Families is the way to do it. Everyone is welcome; it's fun and it's free. We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of most months, and childcare is provided at not cost.
